Covid-19 Update: On April 29th, 2020, LPGA Tour Officials announced a revised tour schedule based on the current COVID-19 situation, and our event is now scheduled for August 24-30, 2020 at Pinnacle Country Club with tournament weekend taking place August 28-30.  

The health and safety of our volunteers, players, spectators, and community partners remains our number one priority. Should this outbreak continue, further schedule adjustments will be shared.

For those concerned about fulfilling their volunteer duties, refunds will be issued upon request. Please reach out to Kayley.Edwards@octagon.com with any questions or to inquire about a refund.

Please Note the Registration Process for 2020:

• The Volunteer shifts you select on the registration form will be your assigned shifts.
• Several committees require approval from the Committee Chairman before the assignment of shifts. These committee members will be notified via email after registration of their shift assignments.
• Committees requiring approval include: Player Services, Pro-Am and Transportation.
• Volunteers should be at least 17 years of age or older, with the exception of Standard Bearers, who should be at least 13 years old.
